    1 pack of Proscuitto Ham
1 pack of Tilapia(its a much smoother texture fish and not so "fishy")
    Salt and pepper
    or Lemon Pepper

Spray your large skillet with Pam
    Set heat to medium
Sprinkle salt and pepper or Lemon Pepper on your fish
Take a slice of Proscuitto and wrap around an individual Tilapia fish steak
Place in well heated skillet and and turn carefully after 3 minutes and cook the other side

Do this with thew rest of your fish and Proscuitto. Place all in skillet making sure there's enough room for turning each one over.

Enjoy with a bed of lemon scented rice. Yum!

So, My grandfather has a small vegetable garden that he keeps up and shares with the family. He insisted that I take a bag of red & green peppers home the other day. Now I have them and I want to make something good before I give in and eat them as a snack, cut up with ranch dressing : )

    suggestions please?

That sounds SO good!!! Thanks for the suggestion Craig!

Maybe I'll try that recipe tonight for dinner. That will use up 6 of them (which is more than enough for dinner, I'll have leftovers all week)

I've got another 4 or 5 to experiment with though...

Hmmm ...what else can I make with them?

Anyone have a good recipe - fat free and sugar free - or close to it? All the ones that I keep finding are like, 16g of fat, 38 carbs IN ONE CUPCAKE!!!!

Thanks! I don't wanna give my guests heart attacks over Labor Day!

Soooo... I tried to make them and this ALWAYS happens to me - the recipe does not come out right!!! Seriously - I follow everything to a T and then wallah! CRAP.

The crust, even after I baked it, was a huge pile of mush that stuck to the paper and (trying the jell-o recipe on the friggin BOX) put the pudding with less milk into the cupcake and let it set. Well, it was still PUDDING! Not CAKE!

What a waste. I threw them all away. Now I have no dessert to bring to the family party.

Christina, I just saw this post. Sorry your dessert didn't come out right. When it comes to good sugar free and low carb recipies, I always check out splenda.com. I've done quite a few dessert recipies from there with good results, especially pies. When it comes to the crust, for either a pie or your cheese cake, that has always been the toughest for me. I can't seem to get a good low carb alternative. I usually end up just going with a regular crust as I'd rather have a better tasting dessert that I present to my guests.
