PREHEAT YOUR OVEN TOO 350 DEGREZE
PLACE YOUR FRYING PAN ON THE STOVE ON LOW HEAT AND POUR IN UR OLIVE OIL , THEN THROW IN SOME BUTTER.....
POUR YOUR EGG MIX INTO THE PAN ON LOW HEAT , LET IT COOK TIL U START TOO SEE THE UNDERLYING EGG BUBBLING UP FROM THE BOTTOM OF THE PAN , DRIZZLE YOUR BASIL AND SUNDRIED TOMATOES ON TOP OF YOUR EGG AND SHUT OFF THE FLAME , PLACE YOR PAN INTO THE OVEN FOR ABOUT 3-5 MINUTES OR UNTIL THE TOP OF YOUR EGG IS COOKED.....
WAIT FOR THE PAN TOO COOL A LITTLE BEFORE U REMOVE UR EGG OR YOU CAN DO IT THE REAL EASY WAY AND CUT IT LIKE PIZZA SLICES RIGHT IN YOUR PAN AND REMOVE IT LIKE THAT.....
PEAOPLE PLEASE DO NOT PLACE PANS WITH PLASTIK HANDLES INSIDE YOUR OVEN , AND ALSO REMEMBER TOO WHERE MITTS WHEN YOU REMOVE THE PAN FROM YOUR OVEN.....

SIMPLY TAKE UR POUND OF WHITE CHOCOLATE AND PUT IT IN A GLASS BOWL , HOLD IT OVER A POT OF SIMMERING WATER WHILE MIXING IT WITH A SPATULA OR AS I LIKE TOO USE MOMMA'S GOOD OLD WOODEN SPOON , MIX UNTIL WHITE CHOCOLATE IS MELTED......
THEN ADD A HALF A CUP OF BAILEY'S OR YOUR IRISH CREAM , ADD A HALF A TEASPOON OF VANILLA EXTRACT AND STIRR IT INTO THE WHITE CHOCOLATE WELL.....
THEN PLACE IT IN THE FRIGERATOR TIL IT HARDENS UP , BUT IN THE MEAN TIME HEAT UP THE DARK CHOCOLATE AND ONCE ITS ALL MELTED KEPP AT ROOM TEMERATURE TILL UR WHITE CHOCOLATE HAS HARDENED UP......
ONCE UR WHITE CHOCOLATE HAS HARDENED UP REMOVE FROM YA FRIGERATOR AND USE A MINI ICE CREAM SCOOPER TOO REMOVE IT FROM YOUR BOWL IN SMALL ROUND PORTIONS , ROLL THEM AROUND A FEW TIMES IN UR HAND LIKE U WERE 3 PLAYING WITH PLAYDO TOO MAKE SOME ROUND WHITE BALLS.....
AFTER ROUNDED BLACE THEM ON PARCHMENT PAPER ON A SHEET PAN , DRIZZLE UR DARK CHOCOLATE ANY WAY U LIKE ONTOP OF YOUR WHITE CHOCOLATE BALLS , AFTER DRIZZLING RETURN THEM TOO YOUR FRIDGE TOO KEEP KOOL B4 SERVING.....

SO FOR U MY FOLKS THAT DO LIKE LITTLE GREEN THINGS , HERES YA INTRODUCTION INTO COOKING THOSE AWESOME BROWNIES U HAD AT THAT PARTY THAT NIGHT BUT ALWAYS WONDERED HOW TO MAKE THEM URSELF !!!!
Here's your list of ingredients and equipment for your brownies…
Your favorite brownie pan PYREX® measuring cup
A brownie mix that uses cooking oil Cooking oil (not olive!)
An oven thermometer A small pan and a wooden spoon
A "gold" coffee filter An herb grinder
5 grams OF THE BEST SHIT U CAN GET UR HANDS ON !!!
It's time to prep the bud!
Weigh out 5 grams of your finest ganja.
Grind ganja.
With a PYREX® measuring glass, measure out the appropriate amount of your favorite cooking oil (vegetable, canola, sunflower, etc.) as described in your brownie recipe.
Now it's time to get ready to cook!
Pour oil into medium saucepan and heat at “medium to medium-low ” for about a minute.
Add ground ganja...
...and stir with wooden spoon for 20-25 minutes.
Your goal is to aim for less than a simmer. Finding the optimal temperature on your cook top essential. Too low a temperature will extract very little THC from the ground shake. Too high a temperature will boil and burn the oil. Since all burners are unique, start out on a medium-low temperature and use good judgment.
When you are finished the oil will turn a dark brown.
Let cool.
Now we strain the ground weed out!
Place your gold coffee filter into the PYREX® measuring glass.
Pour the entire oil/ganja concoction thru the gold coffee filter sitting on the PYREX® measuring glass.
Use a teaspoon (or rubber spatula) to scrape out every last bit of oil!! This is the reason we’are here today.
When you are done you should have just about (if not exactly) the original amout of oil you added. If not, simply top off the PYREX® measuring glass with whatever amount of oil is required. Please note the dark brown color!
At this point we are ready to make our brownies. If you want to bake your brownies later, simply cover your oil with plastic wrap and let stand at room temperature until you are ready to bake. The rest of the instructions are followed exactly as described on the brownie box.

The rest of the instructions follow the back of the brownie mix that I used. I thought the photos would be be helpful. Have fun!
Everything we need to finish.
First dump the mix into a big bowl.
Add 3 Tablespoons of water.
There goes the THC-infused oil.
Two eggs for fudge-like brownies.
A few minutes of mixing and there we go.
It behooves you to get every last drop!
Into the oven...
Baking time completes and ... Viola!

HEAT UP THE MARSHMELLOWS , UNLESS U HAVE FLUFF THEN DONT WORRY BOUT IT ....
SLAP IT ON THE RAISIN BREAD AND ENJOY ...

Chocolate Marshmallow Cookies/Bars + -
Greased 9x13 inch pan(spraying with Pam is better)
1 package choc chips
1 can Eagle Brand evaporated milk
1 (10 1/2 oz) package of marshmallows
1/2 cup of chopped pecans
In a medium pot, melt choc chips in small pan on low heat setting by stirring consistently. Add milk. Continue stirring choc chip mixture with milk until creamy, on medium-low heat. Remove pot from heat and add marshmallows and pecans. DO NOT LET MARSHMALLOWS MELT! Just mix enough to be covered by the chocolate. Next, pour mixture into 9x13 inch pan greased pan. When cooled, and firm, cut into bars.
****Tip: Sell them for Valentines Day!
