Going 2025 Flight Deal Awards: Best and Worst Airports and Airlines for Great Fares
Table of Contents
The Going 2025 Flight Deal Awards are a new annual ranking system that recognize top-performing US airports and airlines for airfare value. Based on proprietary deal data across thousands of routes, the awards identify where travelers are finding the most affordable and most frequent flight deals and, just as importantly, where deals are harder to come by.
Over the past 12 months, Going has sent 80,000 deals departing from more than 200 US airports on dozens of airlines. Our travel experts have pored over the data and are thrilled to reveal airports and airlines that offer some of the best value for travelers out there. And, based on our deal-scoring technology, we know that any deal we send to our members is within the 95th percentile of all fares, meaning we really know a great price when we see one.
Without further ado, these are the best airports in the following categories:
- Best-value airports for domestic travel
- Best-value airports for international travel
- Airports with the most flight deals for domestic travel
- Airports with the most flight deals for international travel
- Airports with the most points and miles deals
- Top airlines for deals

Top airlines for deals
To rank airlines by deal quality, Going analyzed all deals sent over the past 12 months and applied its proprietary Going Grade, a scoring system that measures how far below typical market prices each fare falls. This system accounts for millions of real-time airfare data points, allowing for a standardized comparison across routes.
Airlines were ranked based on the average Going Grade across all their deals, with top performers offering not just frequent discounts, but the deepest and most reliable savings compared to normal fares.
- Southwest
- American Airlines
- United Airlines
- Delta Air Lines
- JetBlue Airlines
- Alaska Airlines & Hawaiian
Methodology
Top airports and airlines were calculated based on deals sent between July 1, 2024, and June 30, 2025. Each deal featured in the Going app represents savings of 30–90% off typical fares, with an average of 45% off typical fares. Airports were placed into categories based on the FAA’s distinctions of large, medium, and small airports by number of enplanements. Airports in the domestic categories were determined based on the volume and value of flights within the continental US (Lower 48). Ties were broken in the best-value categories by highest number of deals; conversely, ties in the most deals categories were broken by lowest average Going deal price.
*Correction: A previous version of the awards incorrectly listed one of the top small airports with the most flight deals for domestic travel. The top three airports should be Norfolk, Providence, and Louisville.
