Xchangechicago.com has linked up with Chicago's Mello (Hot Spot / Kuts & Kicks) to celebrate the grand opening of his 2nd Barbershop / Boutique named Born with Soul / Kuts & Kicks. The event takes place On May 15,2008 and will begin at 6pm.
