The Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, Flightgift, Airbnb, or any other entity. Going is the sole sponsor of the Sweepstakes.
The Sweepstakes is only open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry, and who are not otherwise prohibited from participating in the Sweepstakes as provided in these Terms and Conditions.
Entrants may not be (a) residents or citizens of any country that is subject to an embargo imposed by the U.S. government or (b) included in any sanctions program administered or enforced by the U.S. government or any agency thereof, including, but not limited to, the U.S. Department of State, U.S. Department of Commerce, U.S. Department of Homeland Security, or U.S. Department of Treasury and specifically including the Specially Designated Nationals, Blocked Persons, and Denied Persons Lists. Void wherever prohibited or restricted by law, rule, or regulation.
By entering in or otherwise participating in the Sweepstakes, you agree to these Terms and Conditions which will be final and binding in all respects. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
The Sweepstakes begins at 06:59:59 AM Pacific Time on Tuesday, October 10, 2023, and ends at 11:59:59 PM Pacific Time on Monday, October 30, 2023 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
You have two ways to enter the Sweepstakes, as set forth below: (1) Successfully refer new member(s) to Going, or (2) enter by mail.
Existing Going members may enter the Sweepstakes during the Sweepstakes Period by referring new members to Going. You may earn one (1) entry for every one (1) successful referral you make during the Sweepstakes Period. A successful referral is completed when a not-currently-subscribed individual clicks your forwarded Deal Email and signs up for a new Going account, or signs up using your unique referral link. Sign ups are completed when the referred member submits their email address, and confirms their email address prior to 11:59:59 PM Pacific Time on October 30, 2023. You may submit multiple entries via this method. All entries must be postmarked during the Sweepstakes Period to be eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes.
One (1) winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period, provided such winner must comply with these Terms and Conditions as a condition to receiving the prizes.

The Flightgift gift card prize will be issued in the form of an emailed digital gift card from flightgift.com. All gift cards are subject to the Flightgift gift card terms and conditions currently located at https://www.flightgift.com/terms-conditions/. Going is not responsible for and has no liability relating to the Flightgift gift cards.
The Airbnb gift card prize will be issued in the form of a digital gift card from airbnb.com. The Airbnb gift cards do not expire and can only be redeemed by users who reside in the United States. The gift cards are subject to the Airbnb gift card terms and conditions currently located at https://www.airbnb.com/help/article/2872. Going is not responsible for and has no liability relating to the Airbnb gift cards.
The maximum retail value of the Sweepstakes prize package is $2,999.00 USD. The value of the prizes is determined by Going at the time of the implementation of these Terms and Conditions and their evaluation may not be contested.
No other prizes will be given to entrants as a result of participation in the Sweepstakes. All taxes, and all costs and expenses, arising from the receipt or use of a prize are the winner’s sole responsibility. A Sweepstakes entrant may not transfer or assign their right to receive a prize. No prize substitutions are permitted, except that Going reserves the right to change or replace a prize with a prize of comparable or greater retail value at any time. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received at the time of the drawing. Additional restrictions, limitations, and exclusions may apply.
On or around November 6, 2023 (the “Notification Date”), the potential prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period, and the potential winner will be sent a notification from Going via email with instructions on how to claim the applicable prize (the “Notification”). The potential winner will be required to follow instructions on the Notification and provide Going with his/her first and last name, date of birth, complete address, city, state, and ZIP code, telephone number, and e-mail address, and such other information as required by Going. The potential winner may also be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility Release, Liability Release and Publicity Release (except where prohibited), as well as any required tax forms, to be returned within seven (7) days of the date on the Notification. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim a prize, fails to return the completed and executed Affidavits and Releases or required tax forms within the specified timeframe as required, or if the Notification or prize is returned as undeliverable, the applicable prize will be forfeited and another potential winner may be selected from the eligible entries received during that Sweepstakes Period. Going reserves the right not to award a prize if Going is unable to declare a potential winner within a reasonable timeframe, which shall be subject to Going's sole discretion. All decisions of Going shall be binding and final. Going is not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to notify the potential winner.
By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant hereby irrevocably consents to the collection, processing, storage, unlimited reproduction, distribution, display, performance, and other use by Going and its successors and assigns of his/her name; image; likeness; photo; statements and quotes; stories and anecdotes provided; and all of his/her other personal or commercial attributes or identifying feature, which may or may not contain images of the entrant’s family and friends (each, a “Likeness”) and other personally identifiable information such as your email address, for any purposes directly or indirectly related to this Sweepstakes and as set forth in these Terms and Conditions and Going’s Privacy Policy located at https://www.going.com/privacy-policy, and in any format or medium now existing or later developed. Each entrant hereby waives any and all rights of publicity and rights of privacy associated with Going’s use of a Likeness. Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, and without providing notice to or receiving consent from an entrant, modify, change, adapt, or otherwise alter a Likeness. Entrants shall have no right of approval, no claim to compensation, and no claim (including, without limitation, claims based on invasion of privacy, defamation, or right of publicity) arising out of any use, blurring, alteration, or use in composite form of a Likeness. The rights granted under this Section 7 are without compensation or notification to the entrant of any kind, except as required by law, and shall extend to all entries, all other materials submitted by the entrant, and all other materials developed in connection with the Sweepstakes, regardless of whether they are developed by the entrant or another person or entity. Entrants can opt to decline their likeness be used by Sponsor by requesting so when claiming their prize. By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant hereby irrevocably consents to the collection, processing, storage, unlimited reproduction, distribution, display, performance, and other use by Going and its successors and assigns of his/her name and other personally identifiable information such as your email address, for any purposes directly or indirectly related to this Sweepstakes and as set forth in Going’s privacy policy located at https://www.going.com/privacy-policy, and in any format or medium now existing or later developed. By entering the Sweepstakes, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions and Going’s Privacy Policy.
Going is not responsible for entries (including, without limitation, data transmissions) that are late, lost, tampered with, illegible, unintelligible, incomplete, garbled, delayed, mutilated, forged, destroyed, stolen, misdirected, undeliverable, or mailed postage due or otherwise not in compliance with these Terms and Conditions, and such entries will be disqualified. Going is not responsible for lost, interrupted, or unavailable network server or other connections, miscommunications, failed telephone, or computer or telephone transmissions or technical failure, jumbled, scrambled, or misdirected transmissions, data input errors, typographical errors on its website or in these Terms and Conditions, or any other error of any kind whether human, mechanical, or electronic, including, without limitation, the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information regardless of the cause.
Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this Sweepstakes, as solely determined by Going, will be disqualified and entry material/data that has been tampered with or altered is void. Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed, or like entry methods or the use of multiple accounts to make entries will void all entries affected by such methods and be deemed tampering. If disqualified for any of the above abuses, Going reserves the right to terminate such person’s eligibility to participate in the Sweepstakes. Going may modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes at any time, and for any reason that it may determine in its sole discretion. Going is not responsible for any problem with a Sweepstakes entry generated by computer hardware or software malfunction, error, or failure. ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, GOING RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND OTHER REMEDIES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. If a potential winning entry is made online, that potential winner may be required to provide Going with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the potential winning entry or account. Going reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time during the Sweepstakes.
Except where prohibited, by entering or otherwise participating in the Sweepstakes, you agree that this Sweepstakes and these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado and any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by state or federal courts situated in the City and County of Denver, Colorado.
By entering or otherwise participating in the Sweepstakes, you agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Going and its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, suppliers, dealers, advertising and promotional agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents, from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, injury or loss to person or property, costs and expenses of any form that you might incur as a result of participation in the Sweepstakes or from acceptance, receipt, use, misuse, or possession of the prizes, including but not limited to claims or causes of action arising out of or related to the following:
Except as otherwise provided, (a) any and all claims, judgments, and awards arising out of or related to the Sweepstakes shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, excluding attorneys’ fees (except as otherwise provided in these Terms and Conditions); (b) no punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or other damages, including without limitation lost profits (collectively, “Special Damages”) may be awarded; and (c) you hereby waive all rights to claim Special Damages and all rights to have such damages multiplied or increased. Under no circumstances shall Going’s aggregate liability to you or any entrant of the Sweepstakes exceed One Dollar ($1.00).
