Robin Catalano is an SATW Lowell Thomas Award-–winning travel journalist and author who specializes in coastal experiences, the Northeast US, and Spain. Her work has appeared in the New York Times, National Geographic, Travel + Leisure, Smithsonian, AFAR, and many more national and international publications. She grew up in Rhode Island and still visits frequently, in search of quirky new experiences and the many r’s she dropped during the course of her Yankee childhood.
