Why are you passionate about DEI?

As a 40+ year black in man tech, i've had a ton of sub-par experience and its rewarding to work for a company that helps to ensure that at least some of those that follow me need not  encounter the same challenges.

How has being part of the DEI committee enriched your experience at Going?

Though DEI is my lived experience, I find it rewarding to learn about empower others from backgrounds different than my own
