Gift cards can be used only for Going membership subscriptions. When you redeem a gift card, your account will be credited with the number of subscription years indicated on the gift card (e.g. 1, 2, or 5 years). Gift cards cannot be redeemed or returned for cash or applied as payment to any account, or used for the purchase of any goods or merchandise unless required by law. Gift cards also cannot be resold. Please keep your gift card in a safe place. Going is not responsible for cards lost, stolen or damaged, or used without your permission. Contact [email protected] with any questions.

Going is a travel membership service that notifies members when flights from their airports go on sale, so they can snag great deals (directly with the airline in most cases) and never overpay for flights again. We vet every deal—meaning we don’t send deals for super last-minute trips, those with multiple long layovers, or on shady airlines.

What's the difference between a Premium and an Elite membership?
Premium members get all economy-class domestic deals (including Hawaii, Alaska, and US territories) and international deals to destinations all over the world. Plus, you'll get specialized deals like economy points and miles, Mistake Fares, and customizable destination alerts from your Watchlist. Simply put, this plan is best for most travelers.
Premium and Elite members get the same deals and features that help you travel more for less, but with one key difference: Elite focuses on luxury travel with economy deals plus higher fare classes with seats in premium economy, business, and first class. This goes for both our coveted cash deals and our easy to use points and miles deals.

Is there a limit to how many years of Premium or Elite I can redeem with my Going gift card?
No. The entire duration of your gift card will start the day you redeem.
Will my gift card expire or decrease in value?
No. Going gift cards never expire and are never subject to additional fees.
How will the gift card be delivered to the recipient?
During checkout, you'll enter the email address where you want the gift card sent. You can email the gift card directly to your recipient, or email it to yourself and forward it to the recipient.
Can I redeem a few months at a time?
No. The entire duration of your gift card will start the day you redeem.
Is the gift card delivered immediately?
You can choose to have the gift card sent to the recipient immediately, or schedule it for a later date.
Can I return my Going gift card or exchange it for cash?
Sorry. Going gift cards are non-refundable.

Can I give my Going gift card to someone else?
Yes. Please contact the Member Success Team if you'd like to re-gift your gift card to someone else.
How do I ensure my membership will continue after my Going gift card expires?
Log into your Going account and head to the billing page. From there, you can enter your payment details to keep your Premium or Elite membership active after your gift membership expires.
I lost/deleted my gift card confirmation email. How do I redeem my gift card?
